MySouthernCross gives you control over your health insurance policy. You can use it to:
- submit claims and keep track of their progress
- arrange prior approval
- book online GP appointments with CareHQ, and access other member offers.
- manage your policy and keep an eye on your annual benefit balance*
- find healthcare providers that are partnered with Southern Cross.
*Please note, only policyholders can see the benefit balance.
