Southern Cross Travel Insurance appoints new Chief Customer Officer
Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI) has announced the appointment of Jess Strange as Chief Customer Officer. Jess takes up her role from August 19, joining a business which is experiencing significant growth.
Bringing a wealth of experience in customer experience, marketing, business transformation, organisational strategy and financial services, Jess is hitting the ground running to support a team which is going from strength to strength with the effects of the pandemic fast falling away.

Her expertise and experience in building strong engagement with customers will support us to drive further improvement in how we connect with and care for hundreds of thousands of travellers in New Zealand and Australia.

Jess heads to SCTI from Farmlands, one of New Zealand’s largest co-operatives.
