Does removing the requirement for psychiatrist consultations to be with an Affiliated Provider affect my ability to choose a psychiatrist?
No. You can choose any psychiatrist who meets your needs, regardless of whether they are an Affiliated Provider or not. This gives you more options, especially in some places, where there is limited access to psychiatrists.
