How do I change my name?
The quickest way to update your personal details including your name is in My Southern Cross. You can change either a first name or last name and you can also set a preferred nickname. If you need to change your full name (first and last name at the same time) you’ll need to contact us.
Please be aware that the name on your policy should match the names on receipts or invoices that are sent as part of a claim.
