I’ve overpaid my premiums, what can I do?
If you believe you've overpaid your premium and are due a refund please contact us. We'll assess your eligibility for a refund and either credit this into the paying account, or reverse the premium to the paying credit card. We'll let you know by email or post once we've made the refund.
