Yes, you’re able to claim day-to-day benefits straight away. General policy exclusions apply. Please note HealthEssentials has a three-month stand-down for dental treatment, optometrist consultations and prescription glasses/contact lenses. Check your policy document for more details.
The quickest way to claim is online through the app or My Southern Cross. Or check if your provider has Easy-Claim to claim for eligible day-to-day healthcare services at the time of treatment.
