Will my premium payments ever come out on a weekend or public holiday?
From 26 May 2023, most New Zealand banks started processing payments every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. This means payments may be processed 365 days a year, and your payment may come out on a weekend or public holiday.
The change also means that claims payments, from us to you, could now be paid on a weekend or public holiday.
