How do I verify my email address?

If you've recently updated your email address in My Southern Cross or contacted us to make this change we'll have emailed you a link to verify your new email address. The link will be sent to your new email address and will be valid for 72 hours.

If you made the change more than 72 hours ago you'll need to login to My Southern Cross and follow the prompts to request a new link.
