Why do I have to set a long password for My Southern Cross?
To protect your privacy and security of your personal information, you need to have a strong password. The strength of a password comes from its length, and it also needs to contain a mixture of letters (upper case and/or lower case) and numbers.
You'll be asked to set a password when you first register for My Southern Cross, or if you forget your password.
If you already have an existing password for My Southern Cross you can continue to use this even if it's less than 12 characters.
