Paying your health plan premiums

You can set up new payments or change / update an existing payment method online in My Southern Cross.

You can choose to pay by:

• Direct debit
• Recurring credit card

You can also make a one-off credit card payment whenever you need to.

Alternatively you can contact us to set up over the phone with one of our friendly team or download a direct debit form. Send your completed form to the address at the top of the form.

Please note - changing the way you pay may change your premium amount or policy anniversary date.
