What if I'm not happy with the consultation?
We’re committed to providing you the very best quality of care.
- Please let the GP know straight away if you have any concerns so they can provide the care you need
- If for whatever reason you’re not happy with the care you received, you can provide feedback here or the CareHQ app menu (accessed either directly through the CareHQ app or via the My Southern Cross app)
