Can I cancel or change my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel or change your appointment, but you will not be refunded for a paid consultation if you cancel within 6 hours of the consultation time. Find out more about CareHQs cancellation policy.

You’ll receive three notifications of your appointment:

  1. Your booking confirmation email
  2. Confirmation six hours before your appointment including a link for your consultation
  3. A final reminder confirmation (email and SMS / text) 15 minutes before your appointment including a link for your consultation

You can change or cancel your consultation using the links go to ‘My appointments’ in the CareHQ app (accessed either directly through the CareHQ app or via the My Southern Cross app) and change or cancel your appointment.
