Can I access a CareHQ consultation outside the My Southern Cross app, such as via laptop?
As a Southern Cross member, you need to access CareHQ through the My Southern Cross app to book your consultation. When it's time for your appointment, you can have your consultation via the app or view on your desktop or tablet.
