If I’ve already paid an excess for one of these benefits this claiming year, what does this mean?
The removal of excess on certain benefits will be effective on 22 October 2024. If you received a healthcare service before this date, you’ll still be responsible for paying the excess according to the terms and conditions that were in place at the time of the service.
