How do I know I'm covered?
Your full benefit details, including the criteria for cover, are available in your policy document.
If you’re registered with My Southern Cross, you can check if you’re covered for a surgical procedure using our Procedure Checker tool in the My Southern Cross website.
If you have an upcoming procedure, please contact us for prior approval, unless you are using an Affiliated Provider who will do this on your behalf. You can request approval for surgery or a healthcare service in My Southern Cross. You should do this at least five days prior to the healthcare service being provided.
If your healthcare service is taking place within the next five days, or you're still unsure about your eligibility for cover, please contact us.
