Am I covered for physiotherapy?
The HealthEssentials, UltraCare and RegularCare plans and the Day-to-day module, which can be added to Wellbeing One or Two plans, include a physiotherapy benefit. For further benefit information, check your policy document.
Benefit limits apply, so you may need to contribute to the cost of treatment. You can view your benefit balances in My Southern Cross or the app.
In addition, all Southern Cross plans have a post-operative physiotherapy benefit. Physiotherapy must take place within six months of related eligible surgery in order to be covered. Check your policy document for terms and conditions.
