How can I set up credit card payments?
If you're the policyholder, it’s quick and easy to set up regular credit card payments in My Southern Cross. Log in and go to 'What I pay'.
Please note, if you currently pay by direct debit and receive a 2.5% discount you’ll lose this discount if you switch to paying by credit card. Also if your policy is part of an employer scheme you may not be able to pay by credit card. We'll contact you if there are any problems.
