How do I register for My Southern Cross?
To register for My Southern Cross web you'll need to be 16 years and over. You'll be asked to enter either your Member Card number or Policy number. You'll also need an email address or a phone number that matches our records. You'll be asked to create a username and set up a password which you can use to login later.
To sign in to the app you'll need either your Policy Number or Member Card number and will be asked to enter your email address that matches our records. Once signed in you can set up a PIN and/or biometrics.
