Can’t you just get my health information from my GP?
We are restricted by privacy laws in regard to what information we can collect directly from your GP / specialist. In the first instance we need to get your health information directly from you. If we need more information or details, we’ll send you a primary care report and this will specify what you need to request from your GP / specialist and return to us.
